A Certified HR Professional and John Maxwell Coach, Tameenah's passion for education led her from owning successful DC Metro childcare locations to founding ChildcareHR.

But ChildcareHR is not just about a singular vision; it's about a team committed to your success. Ushika Evans, our Compliance/Onboarding Specialist, with 23 years in early childhood education, and Kelsey, our HR generalist with a Masters in Education and a Bachelor's in Management and HR, form a dedicated team that knows the ins and outs of childcare.
