Holding a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with specializations in human resources and business management, Tameenah is also a Certified Human Resources Professional and a John Maxwell Certified Specialist.
Her journey from owning four successful childcare locations in the DC Metro area to dedicating herself to her family is nothing short of inspiring. Tameenah's mission is to help individuals "Bloom where planted" by embracing their values and providing effective leadership.

Meet Raven, our dedicated Internal Operations Support at ChildcareHR! Raven's passion for education began in high school during a child development class. Although she majored in Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland Global Campus, her true calling was in early childhood education. Starting as a preschool teacher, Raven quickly progressed to become a hiring manager, gaining valuable experience in both education and administration.
Her role as a Staff Engagement Specialist at Best Services LLC, combined with her extensive administrative background, has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her current position. Now, as part of our Internal Operations Support team, Raven’s journey showcases her dedication to ensuring smooth operations and unwavering commitment to childcare, making her a vital part of our team.
